Fort Point Capital, a Boston-based private equity firm focused on acquiring service-oriented companies in the lower middle market, announced today that Justin Shin has joined the firm as Director of Business Development. As Director, Justin will be primarily responsible for sourcing new platform investment opportunities, developing and managing relationships with new and existing sources of deal flow, and directing strategic marketing efforts. Justin has more than 10 years of experience sourcing acquisition opportunities across various industries. Prior to joining Fort Point, Justin was the Vice President of Business Development at CriticalPoint Capital where he led the firm's sourcing and qualification of acquisition opportunities.
