WolfePak Software Advances Mobile Capabilities with Acquisition of Conquest RT
Acquisition Adds Mobile Ticketing SaaS Solution to WolfePak’s Oil and Gas ERP Software Suite
Fort Point Capital, a Boston-based private equity firm, announced today that its portfolio company, WolfePak Software (“WolfePak” or the “Company”), has acquired Conquest RT, a SaaS provider of real-time tracking, dispatching, and reporting capabilities to crude oil haulers and oil and gas related water transportation companies. The acquisition merges WolfePak and Conquest RT’s business operations to offer a fully integrated mobile electronic ticketing solution for the collection, management, and automation of oilfield tickets. With the combined solution, midstream companies can reduce the time required to collect and report on oilfield tickets from days to seconds, significantly reducing errors while providing access to advanced analytics to help midstream management teams optimize business operations and gain visibility into financial results on a real-time basis.
